Tea Party billboard unfair to Lenin

Northern Iowa sported a billboard similar to the above graphic from http://www.theblogmocracy.com

The billboard is unfair to Russian Revolution leader Lenin, because his idea of “socialism” actually meant worker, soldier and sailor takeovers of administration, coupled with the type of peasant revolts seen in France in 1789. Under Lenin’s successor Stalin private property and profit making became illegal.

Under Mussolini, Hitler and Obama, the state used a heavy hand to benefit private property. Their plan should really be called corporatism. There have been no worker takeovers or parliamentary movement toward constitutionally outlawing profit under Obama.
